Established in 2009, Southern Lights is an independent IT and Tech recruitment specialist that punches above its weight by doing things differently. Southern Lights’ database is second to none, and so is its commitment to long-term client relationships and honesty. Which means it has kept hold of many of the same clients and candidates for almost a decade.

We created a pattern-based identity that illustrates how Southern Lights stands out from the crowd — zigging when its competitors zag — and helping clients find the best talent in a sea of sameness.
