Who

FRAHM are a small family run business who are dedicated to making the most beautiful, technical and detailed outdoor jackets on the market. A reaction to mass-market clothing and fast fashion; they work as an online only business, with a pre-order model, where customers buy jackets way in advance. Avoiding waste and lowering their impact on the planet they love and respect. FRAHM also speak openly about mens' mental health – with founder Nick often writing in a frank and honest way about his own struggles with mental health.

What

As an online only brand, FRAHM’s packaging is super important in creating a buzz and reinforcing the brand – especially when a customer has often waited months to receive their pre-ordered jacket. We were tasked with creating new packaging that builds on their Tough Beautiful tagline and makes the recipient stop and think. Our solution was to put Nick’s unique tone of voice and honest writing style central to the design – creating a copy heavy typographic rain drop / tear drop that starts with the line 'Life is so tough' and ends with 'Life is so beautiful’.
